Fred Astaire

Fred Astaire is known for his acting and dancing ability, having made over 34 movies.  Amazingly, after his first audition, the director of MGM wrote, "Can't act. Can't sing. Slightly bald. Can dance a little."  Over his many years of extreme success, he kept this MGM memo above the fire place in his Beverly Hills home.
