Milton Hershey

Hershey is known for dozens of delicious Hershey’s Chocolates, and a company over 125 years old worth over $23 billion!  Even with the brilliant idea of making and selling deliciousness, he was not sheltered from failure.  His first chocolate shop, which he borrowed money from his aunt to start, failed after 5 years.  He later added caramels to his confections and opened stores in Chicago and New York, both of which failed.  Thank goodness he never gave up, or we would not be able to enjoy the Hershey’s Kiss on Valentine’s Day!
