Pork

Pork is so easy!  You literally buys some loins or other fattier cut of pork, spray the crock pot with oil and place the cold (even frozen is fine) and add any spices you like.  I add salt, pepper, garlic and onion.  About a ¼ cup of water and let simmer on low all day.

When done, you will be able to pull it apart easily with a fork.  My favorite uses for this is to add bar-b-que sauce  and serve with steamed broccoli or to add green chili’s, tomatoes and more garlic and serve with either corn tortillas and raw cut slaw without dressing or with rice and beans.  Pork can also be used in soups, sauces and noodle dishes!
